Looks like the End of the World didn't happen. At least, I don't think it did. I know a lot of other sites like SA also reported that the end didn't come, but maybe it was just really, really subtle.

I did happen to run out of paper in my notepad. Maybe that's what they were talking about.

Maybe this is just the beginning of The End.

I think that must have been what happened to the Mayans when they were creating the calendar. Ran out of paper, said eh, I think that's good enough. Time for a drink...

I woke up this morning and thought "So this must be Heaven." And as far as I'm concerned, it is!

I saw a great comic - sadly on paper and not electronic so I could steal (oops) copy it.

Picture of two Mayan dudes standing there. One is holding the stone Mayan calendar. The other has a pile of busted rock at his feet. They are both looking at the pile of busted rock and the one who obviously dropped his calendar says: "It's ok, I've got a couple of hundred years to make another copy. No problem."

So, exactly what do you guys think of someone who flys from LA to Mayan-land and shows up at some pyramid dressed like a Hollywood version of a Mayan? Writes "good bye" emails to all their friends and donates all their money to charities?

NO LAUGHING! A guy I went to school with in LA did this! He's now in Mayan-land, broke, and wondering how he'll get home.

Amazing!

Amazing!

I have to wonder how some people's brains work. For instance, if the world was ending, what did they think charities were going to do with donated money? :?
