Yup! Great toy!! The 3-wheelers, as we Morgan nuts call them, are often referred to as the "only true Morgans. When my model was first built, In the early '20s, it was labeled the 4/4 which stood for 4 wheels and 4 cylinders. Eventually, Morgan built a +4 (4 wheels and a bigger motor), +8 (which had the Buick alloy V8 in it), and then various other stranger things like the crosseyed Morgan (photo below).

It's nice to see them starting to build 3-wheelers again. They re-started production a few years ago with a more traditional power train. All along these have had V-2 motorcycle engines from various British manufacturers and a few Yanks have installed heretical Harley Davidson engines on their poor suffering 3-wheelers. Here's one from the '30s when 3-wheeled Morgans were winning all manner of races and trials. Followed by someone famous in a more recent version of a 3-wheeler.

Just in the last few years the boys in Malvern have started to build seriously fast 3-wheelers, which are a HOOOOOOT to drive as they prefer to corner with their inside front wheel off the ground    Do notice the "flex" in the leeward wire wheel while these two CRAZY people are going around a corner!!

Looks like you need the rider for ballast on that fast one. Lets see, how can we set one up for hiking? Hmmm, if the sidecar guys can do it...

Joe,

You're absolutely right! As a young and VERY stupid man, I agreed to ride side-car in an off-road motorcycle race. It was the most terrifying and exhilarating thing I think I've ever done. I was convinced about once every 30 seconds that I was going to die. Never did it again, but can still remember it as if it happened yesterday!

Beau

These guys are WAY BETER than we were.

The cross-eyed Morgan is very stylish. If I had any remaining enthusiasm for driving, I would love to own such a car. I really like "different."

I am with you Rich, different is always good. (I just know if we lived closer we would get into a lot of trouble together.)

This is more Beau and Kim's style:

Rob, that think is GREAT!!! I have seen a side-car made from a baby buggy, the British "Perambulator" type. But this is even better.
