The latest piece I'm working on is a commercial piece for Phygencompany in Northeast (Nordeast) Minneapolis. Their facility is on a busy street and their chilling equipment is on the ground right in front of their building. Not very appealing. They worked with artist/architect Aric Larson to develop an enclosure that would be artistic. The enclosure is made of 4x8 Stainless panels plasma cut with hexagonal shapes echoing the chemical nature of their business. I was brought in to do renderings and engineering work to make it happen. We are at the point now where we will soon be cutting steel.

Here are some of the images of the progress we've made. For fun, I'm also printing this out to scale with my 3D printer 8-)

Well done. I'm happy to see companies prepared to pay a marginal cost to add artistic interest to otherwisemundane features.

Very cool (intended) - has a nice industrial feel to it but artistic as well.

Well done to all concerned.

Nice work- I've seen some real failures of this kind of thing locally in Maine (art design by committee, anyone?) but this looks good.
