Thanks Paul that was a treat to watch. Patrick Watson is a great narrator and makes the narrative somber and poignant through out the piece. The passage around the Horn is amazing as is the trip up the Erie barge canal. I think people who build the replica must come to the realization after sailing the Spray that she is a cow. It must finally dawn on them he was given a derelict oyster smack to reconstruct. Given his druthers and pockets of money he would have found a much more suitable vessel. That being said he does show you if there is a will then by god there is a way. Reason enough to have Joshua as a hero.

I'm in Finland (it was too warm and sunny in Friday Harbor), so 3:30 AM PST = 1:30 PM here.
