Have you tried adding proteins and healthy fats to your diet with some weights? You are much more knowledgeable on the subject than I am. But maybe a trainer could help?

Yes. I’m doing that and it’s helping. It’s all the miles on the bicycle that burn up the muscle, but that’s a real addiction. I do it to stay normal.
