Charter 2022

We are thinking of doing a bare boat charter next January. Saint Martin looks like a potential base. Plenty of flights from the DC area and boat prices that are no worse than anywhere else. We have never been there. Any thoughts or recommendations or alternative destinations?

Joel, I am curious - what is the rough "all in cost" per week for a 40ft mono?

Price varies widely depending on time of year. A Jenneau 419 ranges from 2500 to 7,000 a week.
https://www.dreamyachtcharter.com/fleet ... &b=40#tabsJanuary is about 4100 plus surcharges for cleaning, fuel etc. I haven't looked at the fine print, but I'd guess $5,000 plus provisions.
