Hi Kim. I'm voting April Fools joke as a right click reveals the source code to be an April 1st theme set by the site itself. And their little joke makes it impossible to use any part of the site as the theme overlays everything else. Oh well... Right now it looks like this:

I guess the real question is, without Dawg, are they smart enough to realize that they have completely shut themselves down?

I wonder how much ad revenue they could be forfeiting by restricting access to the site.

Maybe they had some heavy servicing to do to the site so decided to do it today with the "joke" as a cover.
Hence entire site shut down.

I tried to log into SA about 12 hours ago, there was just a blank page. the header said "seized php".
I think php is an website service provider.
Probably down for a cleanup.

ON the other hand, there were a few paranoid conspiracies on the MH370 thread on PA ......

The title 18 chapter of US Code doesn't exist and, as Ken points out, the graphic is hosted at SA. April Fools joke or something but only Scooter would shut down his revenue for a day in order to have a laugh.

Either that or Dawg got really pissed about getting stuffed (his story) by Scooter and used a back door to shut it down.

PHP is a web server programming language, I think.

18 USC 983 is the code for civil forfeitures.
