I love shepherd pie. Tourtière filling is all meat, I think traditionally a combination of ground pork and beef. Importantly, no potatoes. Quite extravagant.

Sounds delicious, especially when it's your mom's. Tonight, my brother is concocting a seafood stew with fennel and saffron and we are presently two bottles into the untra brut. It's enough to give a man religion.
