It is was a soccer game. It is an annual tournament which includes the top European professional clubs (the world's best) that runs concurrently with their club season. UEFA = Union of European Football Associations.
Chelsea is one of the top English clubs, and PSG (Paris Saint-Germain) one of the top French ones.

It was a very good game.
