I'm with Keith on this. As much as I love these cars, the way the company is run is terrible for investors. I only hope that whoever takes over Tesla, probably a large car company buying them, they continue to build great cars. That said, it would only take a few years for Tesla to be destroyed by typical Detroit management. Ah me.....
I have passed on every single round of investment in Tesla since their Series A. Each time, the answer above was the same. Great product, terrible management. This is there third generation of management, there were two generations before Elon took over. He is an upgrade (believe it or not) to the prior two generations.

Exactly and Musk picked all of the board members and the rest of the board will excuse anyone he wants gone. Unhealthy at least. I'm a bid believer in independent boards not serving at the whim of the COO.
