Waterproofing from Rust-oleum

Postby cap10ed » Fri Jun 28, 2013 10:55 am

Imagine this sprayed on your boat bottom or sails or dodger or bathing suit. You would be the fastest on the water or in your imagination at least. Anyone have any hands on reports of this product?

Wonder how effective this would be on dogs.. My dog and I got caught in a downpour last night and I don't think that wet dog smell is EVER leaving the boat. Damn, that reminds me, I need take her out of the wet locker...

Can you imagine how much fun you could have with that!!!:

1) Spray the cockpit right under where the loudmouthed skipper has to stand to drive. teee heeee
2) Spray the foredeck before the guest rock-star crew shows up....
3) Spray the bottoms of everyone's boat shoes....

I'm going to get some - the options are endless!!!

Why do all their "research chemists" look like they should be on MythBusters ? Maybe we need Jamie and Adam to take a look at this product in a bit more detail....
